All Levels Yoga These classes are open to a wide range of practitioners and are enjoyed usually by beginners and intermediates. Basic concepts are practiced such as perfect postures and classes will vary based on the instructor with tailoring given to the more intermediate and beginner students.
Beginner Level Designed perfectly for those who are completely new to Yoga. These classes deliver an in depth teaching of postures, breathing and knowledge of Yoga enabling the student to understand the foundations of Yoga.
Moderate Level A gentle introduction to more advanced postures and slightly more demanding of the muscles and physical side of the practice. A stronger focus on breathing concentration and relaxation in also introduced.
Intermediate Level Taking what you have learnt in the beginner classes; the intermediate classes will take you to the next level where you move to a more set or more advanced postures and transitions. To take part in intermediate Yoga levels it is important you have a great understanding of breathing techniques and transitions.
Advanced Level Combining everything you already know from the beginner and intermediate classes advanced level Yoga will test you with advanced level postures, strength training and flexibility. These classes are only for those with a thorough, in-depth knowledge of Yoga and have been practicing regularly.
Remember to be kind on yourself and allow yourself to let go, and take your time. Yoga is something, which requires practice and dedication so don’t limit yourself to class time only. Allow yourself to practice at home with instructional DVDs or videos online so you can really begin to develop a great understanding of the practice.
