A 20 min workout by the wall to define and sculpt the butt and outside of the legs while building strength around the hips and core. This workout also mobilises through the spine to lengthen and release the lower back.

Remedial legs up the wall & stretching

A gentle limbering and stretching workout by the wall. A great workout to prepare for a deeper workout or at the end of the day to guide you into relaxation.
